Our DTF Supplies for Hinderless DTF Operations

DTF Ink: CMYK + White

DTF ink is the heart of your print.

We carry pigment-based DTF ink in 1L bottles. CMYK + White. Formulated for i3200 heads.

  • CMYK: Vibrant, fast-drying, and color accurate. No banding when your profiles are dialed.
  • White Ink: The most important bottle on the shelf. Our white circulates so it doesn’t settle. It lays down opaque on dark shirts and cures without cracking.

A shop printing 200 gang sheets a week uses about 2L CMYK and 1L White per month.

We also carry cleaning solution and flushing fluid for daily maintenance. Because 10 minutes of care saves you a print head.

Our Range of DTF Inks

We carry pigment-based DTF ink in 1L bottles. Formulated for i3200 heads. Circulating white so it doesn’t settle.

DTF White Ink

Opaque and bright base layer for dark garments. Lays down thick for coverage, blocks show-through, and cures flexible without cracking or peeling after washing.

DTF Cyan Ink

Clean, vibrant cyan for accurate CMYK color reproduction. Delivers smooth gradients and cool tones. Prints sharp detail with consistent saturation across cotton, blends, and polyester.

DTF Magenta Ink

True magenta for skin tones, reds, and brand colors. Holds saturation after multiple washes. Prints smooth with no banding and resists fading for lasting vibrancy.

DTF Yellow Ink

Bright, stable yellow that won’t shift or dull. Essential for full-color designs and highlights. Blends cleanly in CMYK builds for accurate, sun-fast results every time.

DTF Black Ink

Deep black for text, outlines, and shadows. Prints crisp edges on all transfer films. High density gives strong contrast and sharp detail that lasts.

UV DTF Varnish Ink

These are formulated for the 16" and 24" UV DTF printers. They print direct to tumblers, signs, and promo items with no film needed. Varnish adds gloss and protection.

DTF Powder: Hot Melt Powder For DTF

Powder is what makes the print stick. Get this wrong and your wash tests fail.

Hot Melt Powder for DTF is ultra-fine TPU. 80-200 micron. That’s the sweet spot. Too fine and it blows away. Too coarse and it feels gritty on the shirt.

Our DTF adhesive powder melts at 160°C and gives you a soft hand. It shakes off clean and doesn’t leave speckles around your design.

We stock 1kg bags in white and black.

  • White DTF powder for light and dark garments.
  • Black DTF powder for dark designs on light shirts. Cuts down on white bleed.

Pro tip: Store it dry. Humidity kills powder. Keep it sealed and it’ll last.

Direct to Film Supplies: PET Transfer Film

Film matters more than most people think.

PET Transfer Film for DTF is 75 micron, double-sided coated, cold peel. Single-coated film curls. It jams. It gives you poor ink laydown.

Our film feeds flat in 13", 24", and 60cm rolls. 100m length. It takes ink without puddling and releases clean at room temp.

We keep rolls in stock for walk-in and local pickup. Need a 60cm roll for the big printer by tomorrow? We’ve got it.

DTF Printing Accessories

The printer is only half the job. These DTF printer supplies keep you running.

  • RIP Software Profiles: Color management that works with our ink and film. No more guessing.
  • Cleaning Kits: Swabs, solution, syringe, capping station flush. Weekly maintenance.
  • Humidity Control: A small humidifier keeps heads from clogging in dry Tennessee winters.
  • Filter Systems: Catch dust before it lands on your film.
  • Powder Shakers and Dryers: For shops without an inline unit. Consistent cure every time.

We bundle these with printer purchases. But you can buy them here too.

How To Pick The Right DTF Supplies For Your Shop

Not every job needs the same setup. Here’s what works for us.

  • For Daily Production: Use our standard 75 micron film, 80-200 micron powder, and circulating white ink. This is the combo we run on all Platonink printers.
  • For Dark Garments: White DTF powder + opaque white ink. Press at 300°F for 10 seconds.
  • For Light Garments: Black DTF adhesive powder gives you sharper edges and no white halo.
  • For Retail Brands: Premium DTF supplies matter. Smoother film, finer powder, better ink = softer hand and better wash.
