Sublimation Gang Sheets and Ready To Press Transfers

If screen print and DTF aren't your thing, sublimation is where the color really pops.

Our Sublimation Transfers give you bright, permanent prints with zero hand feel. The ink bonds with the fabric, so it won't crack, peel, or fade after 50 washes. That means happy customers and fewer reprints for you.

We offer two ways to run them. Grab *Sublimation Gang Sheets* to fill every inch and cut your cost per print. Perfect for small logos, names, numbers, and multiple designs on one sheet. Or go with *Ready To Press Transfers* when you need one design, one press, done. No weeding. No setup. Just press and go.

Both work best on 65% polyester or higher and light-colored blanks. T-shirts, hoodies, tumblers, totes, and signs — if it’s poly, we’ve got you covered.

Stop fighting vinyl. Start printing full-color in seconds. Order Sublimation Gang Sheets and Ready To Press Transfers today and get vibrant results that last.

How To Use Sublimation Transfers

Not every blank presses the same, and sublimation is picky. Temperature, time, pressure, and fabric all matter. Get it right and you get bright, permanent prints with zero hand feel. Get it wrong and you get dull color. Here’s the exact way we press each substrate.

For Polyester Shirts

Use 100% poly or 65/35 poly-cotton blends. Stick to white and light colors so the ink shows true. Preheat to pull out moisture. Press at 385°F for 45 seconds with medium, even pressure. Peel hot or cold depending on your paper. Wash inside out. The color bonds to the fiber, so it won’t crack or fade.

For Tumblers and Mugs

Wrap your transfer tight around the cup and tape every edge with heat tape. No air gaps. Use a mug press or convection oven at 385°F to 400°F for 4 to 6 minutes, rotating halfway. This stops ghosting and gives full wrap coverage. Let it cool before unwrapping. Works on coated sublimation tumblers and mugs only.

For Hard Goods

Signs, ornaments, phone cases, and mouse pads all need a firm surface. Use a heat press with a pad underneath. Press at 385°F for 60 seconds with medium pressure. Make sure the blank has a sublimation coating. Test one first. Uneven pressure causes light spots. Cool flat so the image sets without warping.

For Gang Sheets

Cut out each design with scissors or a cutter. You can fit 20+ small prints on one sheet, so your cost drops fast. Press each one at 385°F for 45 seconds with medium pressure on poly shirts. Use a sublimation gang sheet builder to lay it out. One sheet, many orders. That’s efficiency.

One rule we never skip: always test press one first. Paper color never matches fabric color until it’s heated. Once you dial in time, temp, and pressure, sublimation flies. Stock the right blanks, follow these steps, and you’ll get bright prints that last wash after wash.

What Makes Our Sublimation Transfer Sheets Different

“Printed on demand” isn’t a flex if the print fades in 3 washes. We built our sheets for shops that care about color, yield, and consistency. From the ink to the paper to the QC, every step is tuned for polyester. Here’s what actually makes ours different.

Ink

We run high-density sublimation ink, not the watered-down stuff. That means brighter reds, cleaner blues, and neon that actually pops on poly. You get full saturation in one press. No double hitting. No dull results. It bonds deep into the fiber so it lasts 50+ washes without cracking, peeling, or fading.

Paper

This is high-release transfer paper, period. 95% of the ink leaves the sheet and goes into the substrate. Less ink left behind means less waste and lower cost per print. It feeds clean, doesn’t jam, and releases fast. You’ll see the difference on the first press. More color on the shirt, not the paper.

Color Profiles

We don’t use generic ICC profiles. We built ours specifically for polyester and light garments. That kills the brown reds and muddy blacks other shops fight. What you see on screen is what comes out of the press. Consistent color batch to batch. No guessing. No reprints because the hue was off.

Cutting

We add a small bleed on every print so you don’t get white edges after cutting. It’s tight enough to save paper, but big enough to cover trim mistakes. Whether you’re doing gang sheets or single designs, the edges stay clean. Less weeding, less stress, and a finished look that looks pro.

Quality Control

We press test every new batch before it ships. If it ghosts, fades, or the color is off, we don’t send it. Simple. You’re not our QA team. We check ink density, release, and wash fastness so you get consistent results every time. Order with confidence knowing we already caught the problems.

You should spend time printing and selling, not troubleshooting blanks. That’s why we dialed in ink, paper, and profiles so you don’t have to.
